"In downtown Orangeburg, South Carolina, you've got to go! A delightful restaurant with owners who are passionate about the food they serve and the environment in which it's served. The food was fresh and full flavored! The nuances of fresh ingredients were a delight to the palate! I had the chicken soup, and it was amazing! We will be back! Y'all get off the interstate and make a trip up to Rosalia's. You'll be thankful!"

"Not your cookie cutter Mexican recipes. Although they do have common items there are numerous items that I had not seen before. Clean, outstanding food and never been disappointed"

"Walked in Rosalia’s and it was packed. Walked over to the bar side and there were a few tables available. People were at the bar, but no rowdy crowd. I had the Rosalia’s Special which is a 10 oz. Ribeye covered with onion and shrimp. It came with a salad, refried beans, and rice. The service was great and the food was delicious. We have been here before and every time has been a good experience. We will definitely come back."
