"Just walked out the door from another stellar visit! Had to stop and write this while It was all still fresh in my mind. In my book, the mark of a good restaurant is it that you can go in there every time and come out happy that you went in! Rosalia’s surpasses that Mark! Every time I go in, I come out, even happier than I went in! Also come out with a new favorite each time. Today I had the Chori pollo. And it was Muy, Delicioso y sabrosa! ground chorizo and grilled chicken strips with a very delicious cheese sauce, rice and beans, and warm, soft tortillas! As I have mentioned in the past, Rosalia beans are not the same that you get everywhere, not frijoles. These are real beans cooked in a delicious sauce! I highly recommend this dish! Once again, Rosalia’s is the place to go when you want Mexican food, but not the run of the mill fare you find in most local, Mexican restaurants. This is the kind of food. My aunt Dominga would prepare. When you go into Rosalia’s You really owe it to yourself to try something other than enchiladas tacos burritos and quesadillas. although I am sure they would be very good here. Given enough time, I plan to try them all! Thanks for feeding me!"
